Returned items need to be 100% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Please contact Customer Service for an Authorization Code.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Service and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
All items purchased from our Cottage Shop must be returned to the shop.
All items purchased online or by phone may be returned by contacting our Customer Service.
We do not ship to Military locations! SPS.
If an item in your order is out of stock, our Customer Service will be in touch to discuss a possible solution.
There are times when we change our inventory selections and we will no longer be carrying a certain fragrance, color or type of item.
When items that are out of stock, we will let you know when we expect to have more made up. Since everything is handmade it can take a couple of weeks for us to get back in stock of that particular item. Our Customer Service will try to get you your desired item as quickly as possible.
Products labeled with our melt warning symbol are designed to melt around body temperature. So during the summer months or in hot climates, it’s possible for these products to melt while in transit, so please keep that in mind when you order.
To avoid disappointment in hot climates or seasons, we recommend ordering during the cooler seasons.
We won’t be able to replace or refund any melted items.
Please keep melt able products in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and heat.
